Midoriko from Japan

“I get up around half past seven. Then, first thing I do is making a cup of hot water. No tea, no sugar, no lemon. Just hot water. I do that for health and for wake up inside the body. It’s a kind of asian lifestyle. Since I moved from Japan to Switzerland, I don’t eat a lot for breakfast. In Japan I usually ate rice, grilled Salomon, Soya soup and some kind of sticky things which are tradition. This were like four or five dishes. The Japanese people are convinced that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. That’s why I ate that much.”
